In the event that you can not make your appointment, all reschedules must be done atleast 24hrs prior to your experience with us. All experiences marked as a no call/no show or same day cancellation will result in the loss of your experience altogether.
After checkout, you will receive an additional email within the first 24hrs of purchasing. This email will contain the ELECTRONIC GIFT CERTIFICATE with a certificate code attached. Client will use the certificate code in email to schedule appointment at SRB via the booking site.
PLEASE NOTE: The gift certificate will be sent to the name and email you enter at checkout.
1. If you are purchasing this for someone else as a gift, you can still enter YOUR personal info at checkout and the gift certificate will come to you directly via email. This will give you the option to print out from your email and gift a physical copy of the gift certificate.
